Butter cream or Fresh Cream

Butter cream : A cake with buttercream alone or a combination with Fondant. This cake requires no refridgeration especially if some fondant is used.

 

Fresh cream : Its less sweet but designs are limited. I use NON-Dairy Whipping cream. This can be combined with fruits between 2 layers of cakes. Or a mousse filling in various flavour.
